You did a great job. You should have seen Bob's face when he saw the Denlow sign at the end of the train station in Venice and then the water taxi that took us to our hotel. We loved the hotels. Thank God, you arranged our driver in Rome as the taxis went on strike the day before we left. Nicola was great, everyone was on time for the transfers. Even the train ride was good. We walked to Circus Maximus and celebrated World Cup Victory with 500000 Italians waving flags-unbelivevable.
