What documents are required to visit
Italy?
A passport or a valid identity document is necessary to enter Italy.
Permission to stay for tourists is valid for three months; for longer periods
inquiries must be made at Italian Consulates abroad.
Why are there no prices on your website?
The reason we omitted the prices was to keep the site clean and readable. There are different rates for different seasons and room types, and to list them all is not practical. We will be more than happy to give you a quote, just let us know what you would like.
Are Bravo Italian Tours escorted?
No. Bravo Italian Tours is geared towards “highly personalized” trips to Italy. Escorted Tours attempt to speculate on the interests and preferences of the “typical tourist.” We believe that the abundance of possibilities in Italy, and the differences in people, merits a more “customized” approach.
How do Bravo Italian Tours’ rates compare with other Tour Operators, Travel Agencies, and Hotels?
We work with the largest suppliers in Italy. What this means is that they purchase large allotments of a product or service at a significant discount to the public price. This discount is passed on to Bravo Italian Tours, and thus to our clients.
What happens if a member of our group becomes ill, and we must cancel our trip?
Bravo Italian Tours encourages all of our clients to purchase Travel Insurance due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients can buy insurance directly from us. For a full understanding of our refund policy, please see our General Conditions.
What if we would like to book a hotel or service which is not listed on the website?
Bravo Italian Tours is happy to arrange any special requests. Please note that the hotels listed on our site are simply “preferred” hotels. We have contracts with hundreds of hotels that are not on our site due to an effort to keep the website manageable for our guests.
What will we receive from Bravo Italian Tours in terms of assistance?
Along with the vouchers, we will send: Helpful Hints (words and phrases in Italian), Addresses and Phone Numbers for Consulates, Emergency Information, a copy of the General Conditions, an Insurance Brochure if insurance was purchased, and the all important Restaurant Suggestions which will steer you to the finest “local establishments” preferred by Italians in that city. Buon Appetito!
What services does Bravo Italian Tours offer in addition to accommodations?
Our primary services include sightseeing tours, private excursions, and
all land transportation (car rentals, rail, private transfers). We also
can accommodate more unique requests such as weddings, catering, wine
and olive oil tastings, bicycle trips, and hot air balloon rides to name
a few.
What happens if there is a fluctuation in the currency market?
Bravo Italian Tours regularly adjusts the exchange rate to accurately
reflect the market fluctuations. No surcharge will be imposed after full
payment has been received. |
